1. Information we collect
We collect the information you type into our forms, and a limited amount of technical information generated automatically when you visit the site.
- Contact form: your name, email address, country, subject, message and, optionally, a subscription or order ID.
- Subscription requests: your name, email address, country, chosen duration, chosen number of connections, device and an optional message.
- Free trial requests: your name, email address, country, device, preferred player or app and an optional message.
- Technical information: IP address and basic request metadata, used for security and rate limiting.
2. Contact, subscription and trial forms
Each of our three forms exists for a single purpose: to let our team reply to you. Submissions are stored in our database and sent by email to our support inbox.
We use your country to understand which catalogue and language are relevant to your request, and your device information to suggest a suitable application. Neither is used for advertising.
3. Why we are allowed to use it
We process the information you submit in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and protecting our service from abuse. 5. Analytics

6. Email communications
When you send a form, two emails may be generated: a notification to our support inbox and a confirmation to the address you provided. These are transactional messages related to your request.
We do not add form submissions to a marketing list, and we do not send promotional email unless you ask us to.
7. Where your data is stored
Form submissions are stored in a PostgreSQL database operated on our behalf, and delivered by email through Google's SMTP service. Both providers may process data outside your country of residence.

8. How long we keep it
We keep contact messages and trial requests for as long as they are useful for support history, and subscription requests for as long as we need them for the relationship and for our records.

9. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, form input is validated on our servers before it is stored, request rates are limited to reduce automated abuse, and credentials for our database and email service are held only in server-side environment variables.

10. Third-party services
We rely on a small number of processors: a hosting provider for the website, a database provider for form submissions, and Google's SMTP service for outgoing email. WhatsApp is offered as a contact channel; if you choose to use it, your message is handled under WhatsApp's own privacy terms rather than this policy.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format.
