NigmaTV DMCA & Copyright Policy

NigmaTV respects the rights of copyright owners and responds to properly submitted copyright notices. This page explains our policy, what a valid notice must contain, and how our team handles each request.

Last updated: 21 August 2026

1. Our copyright policy

NigmaTV publishes and distributes only content that its operators are authorised to distribute. We do not knowingly host, promote or provide access to material that infringes the copyright of a third party.

Where we are notified that material made available through our service infringes copyright, we act on that notice in accordance with this policy and applicable law, including the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where it applies.

2. Submitting a copyright complaint

If you own a copyright, or are authorised to act on behalf of the owner, and you believe material available through NigmaTV infringes that copyright, send a written notice to our designated contact using the details in the contact section below.

Send one notice per complaint and include every item listed in the next section. Incomplete notices may delay our response, because we may need to come back to you for the missing information.

3. Information your notice must include

To be actionable, a copyright notice should contain all of the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list where several works are covered by one notice.
  • Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it.
  • Your contact details: full name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.

4. How we process a notice

When we receive a complete notice, our team reviews it and, where the complaint is substantiated, removes or disables access to the material identified.

We aim to acknowledge valid notices promptly and to inform the sender of the outcome. Where the material was supplied to us by a third party, we notify that party of the action taken and provide them with a copy of the notice.

Submitting a notice that knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may expose the sender to liability for damages under applicable law.

5. Counter-notification

If material you supplied has been removed and you believe the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification where the law provides for one.

A counter-notification should include your signature, identification of the material removed and its previous location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.

The jurisdiction and court to be named in a counter-notification depend on where the operator of this service is established. [PLACEHOLDER — JURISDICTION AND COURT TO BE SPECIFIED BY THE OPERATOR.]

6. Repeat infringers

NigmaTV may suspend or terminate the access of any user or supplier who is the subject of repeated substantiated copyright complaints, at our discretion and in line with applicable law.

7. Copyright contact

Send copyright notices and counter-notifications to the NigmaTV support address, marking the subject line "DMCA Notice":

  • Email: nigmatvpro@gmail.com
  • Designated copyright agent: [PLACEHOLDER — NAME OF DESIGNATED AGENT.]
  • Postal address: [PLACEHOLDER — REGISTERED POSTAL ADDRESS OF THE OPERATOR.]
  • Legal entity: [PLACEHOLDER — REGISTERED COMPANY NAME AND NUMBER.]
